I am now 3 weeks into my 12-week programme and have already seen an improvement. I love being able to actually see which pelvic floor muscles need working on (there are 8 sensors in total). It’s so easy to use – it’s easy to insert and once connected to the app on your phone. The exercises only take a few minutes a day. The initial Starter programme takes 4 mins and the 12-week Strength Builder programme exercises take 8 mins. I’m very happy with my purchase!

Through the years I have tried Kegel exercises but recently the media is warning us that we’ve been doing them all wrong!!
